What's a good book to start learning about the history and evolution of Christianity?

I’ve honestly just read the Bible a lot

Most of the passages that nationalists gripe with (like “there is no Jew or Greek”) are taken way out of context

The thing is poz has slipped into many factions of the church and are teaching those scriptures incorrectly in order to push their inclusive agendas

I've also read the Bible and am familiar with the beliefs, but I never got into the history of the religion. For example the split between Christianity and Catholicism, protestanism, etc

As far as church history though, I’m not an authority. If you want to go back to the time of Jesus though, Josephus wrote a good book on that era. Just look up Josephus

Its incredible how all of this has been kept under wraps for so long too. Lol there has been a long running conspiracy that the jews killed Czar Nick II and his family in some sort of a ritual and the more I learn about this kind of stuff the less I doubt it 😂

@celticflame its definitely worth buying. The book is written by a jew too so theres lots of very interesting framing. The entire work is a validation in many ways of Dr MacDonalds work

Turks were shut out of a lot of very nice positions in their own country, and subversive ethnic groups like ukrainians, greeks, and italians weakened the empire
