Did you guys literally just see the price of Bitcoin right now
no
Officer, I only wanted to pet the catgirl
how much is it?
Wow it's remarkably stable now
Is crypto currency the future?
20k to 6k, how the mighty have fallen
I'll take my chances with monopoly money first
crypto probably is, but not something like btc
@Koba ethereum?
maybe
Lol
USDC would be a pretty cool idea
@Koba that would be cool. Kinda like tether?
only stable thing to do is collect silver and gold, the petro dollar is going to crash
I trust osrs gp
maybe, Im not sure how it would be integrated into the money supply though. Hard currency pegs typically fail spectacularly.
petro dollar is a meme
@Koba what's the idea behind USDC?
Just something I made up right now because it sounds cool
Land and water are the only true wealth <:varg:359010745192808449> ๐ฒ
Basically a nationalized crypto I'd imagine @Koba
yeah thats what Im thinking
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN true, but hard to carry with you
@ThisIsChris Also true.
Portable Land(tm), - just bags of sand
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN although I agree. But how will rootless cosmopolitans hoard land and water?
@ThisIsChris Real estate is very much owned by globalists (probably more Anglos than Merchants, but in greater Commonwealth the Chinese are at work)
Well governments kinda do hoard it i guess
they already own the land and water ๐ฆ
Becoming something of a socialite can also just make you a better more well rounded person lmao
Civic groups (Kiwanis, Elks, Rotary, Lions) and Church is a less complicated way of doing that (and also a way of gaining influence for Identitarianism)
I can only be socially pleasant for a limited time and then I have to recharge
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN yeah, so interesting. I always wonder why governments don't confiscate foreign owned land more often
@ThisIsChris That would require the government to not facilitate and benefit from such land sales.
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN yeah it's a lot to think about sometimes
yeah its probably due to how corporate centric everything is. dont want to spook anyone.
But I would like to have more of a social life. My coworkers aren't really the types I wanna hang out with too much
Corporate personhood must be overturned. Unless corporate personhood also means entire corporations can be jailed, as a person can be...
@Sherlock same, as @Wood-Ape - OK/MN mentioned Civic groups and church/religious groups are good
I work in IT so all they talk about are video games
Or magic the gathering tournaments
yeah corporate IT is mega gay
A guy at the bar last night was telling me there's some comic shop around here where some people meet up and play board games
I might do that
Board games > video games
@Sherlock true, it's a start
Many civic groups have weekly lunch meetings, and then monthly or every-orther monthly events.
Church activities of course vary by church. Some have a wholesome family event nearly every day, others are more reserved and just do sunday worship.
Sorry for being retarded but what is a civic group
@Sherlock oh actually a good one to do is night classes. Girls go to these as well
you mean like civnat?
@Sherlock Kiwanis, Rotary Club, Lions, Elk Lodge
Oh ok
@Sherlock no like fraternities not around identitarian
ah gotcha
If you're catholic, there is the Knights of Columbus
I don't tend to advocate Mason stuff...
Tbh I wish I were a Christian because the social aspect would be nice
@Sherlock Are you pagan?
@Sherlock become Christian then
The AFA is probably the easiest way to find a pagan group that isn't totally pozzed
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN yes but more philosophically than that I literally believe in the gods
@Sherlock (that's not uncommon), still, give the AFA a look
I have a hard time buying religious stuff
I have looked into the AFA and the group around here is terrible and incompetent
@greg_p Can you dm me? I can't access South Central slack..
But I haven't tried in about a year so maybe they're better now idk
@Sherlock Very unfortunate. Yeah, the AFA website is pretty rough. Very 1998
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN 1998 was a pretty good year
90s were a good decade
I feel like it's gone down hill since McNallen retired or whatever
I wish it were the 90s
@ThisIsChris I am sick of 1990s nostalgia. But it seemed like a blessed childhood, yes
It was a fever dream.
No large scale metapolitics, few crises
I was an angsty teenager in the 90s so I don't miss it too much lol
LoL, I was a teen during Dubya times.
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN same, teen as dubya
I was late teen during dubya
I don't want crises
I'm 33
I basically want 1990s America back
@ThisIsChris I have thought about that. Demographics WERE changing. I wonder if things had just kept going, if Fukuyama had been right about "history ending," would globohomo just snuck up on us? It kind of already did, but lots of tumultuous events have shaken people awake
No gay marriage, less poz. PoZ was contained to some TV shows, and computers were magic to most people
Holy shit
@ThisIsChris The trajectory was already there. Ellen came out, there were gay/lesbian movies (albiet they were 'edgy' new york cinema)
I didn't realize it changed that much so quickly
@Nemets Okay, I can't refute that. Damn
Why is everyone so damn fat
@Sherlock Corn subsidies?
I mean maybe. I don't have the greatest diet in the world and I'm in pretty good shape
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN yeah I know what you mean. It was in the works. Half of today's increase in non-white population were not citizens or under voting age. It was a ticking demographic time bomb
But I guess genetics are different for different people so whatever
But it had not exploded yet which is what I like
I suppose having half of your house burned down instead of nine tenths of it is preferable.
Good evening all
lmao
