There are established laws for questioning the outcomes of elections. They involve recounts. That has been the case for about 240 years. There are no legal options in any of the 50 states for Duplicated Ballot audits, Signature audits, Forensic Audits, paper/ink audits, or any other kind of audit. The only legal recourse is a recount.

Do you not understand how easily a computer system can be hacked? Then votes manipulated. In use of Dominion's software, an average operator can change votes, without hacking. Keep in mind that people are flawed, and if so motivated by greed or conviction, they will cheat. There is always someone willing to cheat.

I don't think it would have been detrimental at all... they were all adjudicated. Also, the SC would have a very narrow focus regarding the claims of violations of the elections clause, which is a tenuous claim, at best.
Also, there is precedent in dealing with these types of election disputes. For decades (some would argue they still are), the South was engaged in voter suppression tactics that were absolutely proved in court. Not once, did the proof of these criminal acts result in an election being overturned. Instead, they always kicked the can down the road and sought to prevent it from happening in the future.

If there was, they would have to have someone physically at each precinct to remove the Trump ballots and replace them with fake Biden ballots. This might have happened when they didn't have paper ballots, but it makes it almost impossible now that there are paper ballots.
The only place where this could have taken place is MI... because of a ridiculous law (that the Republican controlled legislature passed) where any precincts that are out of balance are excluded from being audited. So, if someone flipped votes in MI, all they would have to do is delete a few to ensure that they were out of balance and it would never be caught in an audit.
The thing is... Only one of the heavily democratic counties where they have made allegations of fraud used the Dominion system. There are 3 different voting systems used in MI.

The election fraud is a multi level operation, i'm sorry, but you may not understand all of it... i may not even understand all of it... but, to point things out...the ONLY county where Dominion machines wehre examined to date was in 1 county in MI, and where found to have massive fraud in the form of vote switching. I dont think they used the same technique everywhere, i think they used the ratio (like each vote counts as 0.73 for trump and 1.4 for biden) in other places, so the votes total would actually look legit to people looking. But the final number is all electronic, it all can be fixed.

Russ Ramsland is the partisan "expert" hired to do the analysis, but he is heavily invested in proving that there was fraud. The report shows a fundamental misunderstanding about how the Dominion system works. They incorrectly assert that RCV Ranked Choice Voting is a "secret" feature for flipping votes. It is not. It is a voting paradigm that is used in some jurisdictions where voters can rank their preferred candidates. If their first choice does not win, their vote goes to the second choice, if they don't win, it goes to the third. It's not used in many places and Antrim County did not purchase this option. Also, it requires that the ballots be printed to provide the options for ranking choices. This was also not done in Antrim County.
Dominion does not have an option for weighting votes and if they had, it would be exposed in recounts and/or risk limiting audits.
So they allow actual dictators who hold power through oppressions and killings but ban Trump.

They did change... Take PA for example. There are competing statutes... Act 77 which provided the laws for conducting the Election and the mandate given the Secretary of the Commonwealth to do anything necessary to ensure safe and fair elections. Under this purview, Boockvar enacted *temporary* changes to accommodate concerns about the Coronavirus pandemic. The PA Legislature sued SotC Boockvar and she took it straight to the PA SC to have them sort out the Constitutional issues as to which statute took precedence over the other. They sided with SotC Boockvar and the US SC voted 4-4 to allow the decision of the PA SC to stand BEFORE the election.
That is not the same as rewriting the laws. They are temporary measures put in place in the interest of ensuring a safe election.

Listen, the fact of the matter is you don't like his teams report because you disagree with him on a number of reasons. Fine, we all give you that. But that still doesn't excuse the legislature from not taking action to then verify the results independently. Now we won't know. Trump will be a conspiracy theorist. And Biden's tenure will be stained by a conspiracy. They could have just been transparent, and done a forensic audit of the ballots, they didn't. End of story.

The legislature wanted an independent audit. They have state certified election testing labs for that which either the state or Powell could have requested. Sidney made the court give up the machines to her fake expert instead though breaking chain of custody. Once a bad actor with admin rights have control of the machines independent testing becomes dicey.

Hey, this is extremely important and I need you help! I have received a 56 minute audio recording claiming that Obama, Italy and even the EU have hacked in to our voting systems via internet and manipulated the votes. An Italian whistleblower who claims they uploaded the data has come out and said this. I need help in authentication of the audio.
My questions after listening:
1. Who is presenting this data
2. Why do they claim trump canโt always be informed
3. Why is the selection of the people on the call who they are?
The reason I want help in authentication is that I believe they need to put this on tomorrowโs livestream. If itโs true, it gets the word out, if itโs false, it stops this from spreading and causing more damage. I believe if this is true, it would mean an automatic win for trump.

1000 people come in Antrim county to vote. Both parties verify no paper in locked ballot box or counted. Machines are on the floor all day. Every person signs their signature, shows ID, answers questions etc and chooses candidates. Dominion machine prints the choices you can verify who you voted is listed. Paper gets scanned and goes in the box like a paper ballot.
End of day results say 600 Trump 400 Biden are sent to county location, multiple clerk levels, canvassing election boards. Locked boxes with paper transported with both parties and sheriff to location. Thereโs a problem? Hand recount of all the ballots shows 600 Trump 400 Biden. What on earth at that point is paper and ink analysis done by a crazy person going to help at that point?
I listened to what I could understand of this the other night. It doesn't pass the smell test. This claims a remote vote switch via satellite. We have paper ballots now. Electronic only manipulation wouldn't work.
