Yes the bleached hair with dark eyebrows can look silly. As for makeup, when it's 500 pounds of it, it's weird but it looks really nice on some women. It really enhances their features.

I had two African woman that came in that tried to get services at my job. It took 30 mins to try to get them to understand that the calendar is full this weekend due to the holidays. They were so damn dumb all I could think about was the low IQ studies. I tried to be pleasant but I'm still so extremely frustrated by their arrogance and stupidity. I don't think it's any better that I know the reason as to why their brain couldn't comprehend what I was telling them. I wish I was ignorant about that sometimes.
