Then that's the memo.
Door unlatched, but closed.
Maybe I can get three padlocks to put on to ensure they stay unlocked then
Additionally we need to establish a defensive perimeter around the trucks during drop off/pick up (at the very least protocols in the event it is needee)
That is what the staggered withdrawal drill is for.
It will be run in the last 500 feet to the trucks.
On dropoff, no perimeter would be feasible or make sense because of how quickly the crowd will expand.
Being in the back of the trucks won’t be as bad because it’s going to be a lot cooler than our last couple demos. No hot death box
Rear will be handling that @ND - Samuel VA
We can also utilize some screens. Just in case. I have some ideas I will run by you when we drill
Of course thanks for hearing me out guys. Last minute preparations, first major action since Philly - just want to make sure all our I's are dotted and T's crossed for our men and for our Nation :PF-Flag:
@Wayne FL has informed me his leg guards won't arrive in time. All other guys on our team have their gear ready to go. I told him to check out local sporting goods stores for a substitute. He does have foam wresting gear but it'll probably look goofy
@ND - James TX Some guys will not have leg guards, it's alright.
Marshall OK is completely unresponsive to messages. @Clarke OK @Vincent TX @Thomas
He'll need to be struck from the team and a replacement will need to be assigned at the event.
Ok, not an issue
Well, it IS an issue, but not for us.
In regards to the event I mean, should have been less vague.
@IC - Jesse AR He is reading messages, but not responding.
That is suspicious as I understand Marshall had been a quality member to date, no? @IC - Jesse AR @Thomas
He is, and should be. He had some personal life hubub the likes of which is by no means unique to him in the history of the organization. I am confident he will pull through.
I feel that having at least one recognizably competent man on the end of each rank does help serve as a good reference point for the other team members to look at as a means to redress lines and keep pace with in accordance to what the TL recognizes in his immediate surroundings. Additionally, having a recognized TL helped organize each pre-selected team into their respective positions rather quickly upon arrival to the demo than if each rank were simply looking for the other four members of their team before getting in line.
