Me and Mason just arrived at our first/intermediate/destination on the way to the city of the action. It's cold, eh.
@Patrick TX Did you get Adam that extra sheet and handle-metal? When are we going out to buy all the supplies for painting?
@NS - Oscar TX I may or may not be on some godforsaken frozen highway at that time, but will draft a full agenda with your and Vincent's advisory input on the subjects that must be discussed and resolved.
@Michael TX Thanks for helping with the shields.
@Patrick TX Closed yesterday. @Vincent TX can you pick it up and deliver it Monday I'll leave my truck
I will be working on Monday but it depends on what exactly needs to be done
@Vincent TX Run to local steel warehouse (10m away) and deliver steel to Adam's place to complete the shields (close by)
Won't take you more than an hour. Cool?
He needs it in order to complete the current batch of shields
Will not be able to go after work as they close early
Hey HQ boys. I hope you're checking this every night because I NEED you to bring the 5 shields without handles that I left there back to my place today so I can put the handles on.
@Patrick TX Please don't forget the shields
@Adam TX Heard
@all Events coming up aren't an excuse to slack. I've gotten three sticker posts in the last two days. Two were the same city, on different days. It's easy. Y'all all have cars and are running errands to prepare.
Milwaukee is a beautiful city. And it's cold. Ice cold.
Tomorrow's goal is to get the bodies of all 30 shields completed including the painting. Then on Tuesday I'll make the 40 handles we need and Wednesday I'll affix the padding, handles and straps. WE'RE ON A TIME CRUNCH BOYS
@Thomas Do you need me to make anymore arrows? I'll go make some before bed if you want.
they're very easy to make. Very quick
Yes, if you could make any easy amount more that would be great.
Will do
But be sure that it does NOT interfere with shields in any way.
@Vincent TX Give me a count of what arrows of what colors are in the drawer right now.
of course. Shields are my number one priority. My car is literally out of commission right now and I have the parts to fix it, but I'm choosing to work on shields
It's all hands on deck right now
The whole org is working alongside you, Adam. Hundreds of men all buzzing with activity striving for one unitary goal. But you are notable among them, and your praises will be sung from sea to sea if you are able to complete this most noble of tasks.
No matter what we will make this event work
@all Can anyone help Adam in his workshop tomorrow and with painting? Simple tasks.
@Matt TX Need to hear from you soon man...directly, not through Adam as an intermediary
@NS - Oscar TX Make every effort to ensure that @Matt TX reads the message I sent him directly.
@Adam TX You as well. I do not ask a response to it, only that he reads it. He is good at leaving messages read, so this is all I ask for this one.
I need someone at HQ to count how many shields still need handles for me. Thank you. Also please do me a favor and look for the shield with the highest number
Adam bro we have twenty at our house..
Plus that uncut sheet makes 25
@Patrick TX only 20?
Correct
ok, I forgot the ones you droped off for a sex
sec
had me worried
The 5 in that sheet are all cut, drilled and bent now. Was hard work, still need to punch out the holes.
how many shields at HQ still need the big holes punched?
Actually it doesn't really matter. Can someone pick me up Wednesday so I can work on the remaining shields at HQ? My car is still out of commission
Actually scratch that, I need to be at my workshop on Wednesday. I know its asking alot, but I dont see any other way this works. We need someone at HQ to bring over the shields tomorrow after they're painted. It doesn't matter how late or early it is, but i can't be there on Wednesday.
Things would be way easier if my car wasn't so screwed up. Damn female drivers man
Unfortunately I won't be able to be there Wednesday due to some obligations. It really sucks, but instead someone will have to bring over all the shields that still need handles
I was able to pretty easily stick them in the back of my car the other day. They stack really easy without handles, but my car is just too jacked up.
I need a volunteer for tomorrow between the hours of 9AM and 3PM for shields @all As well as Thursday. Patrick and Victor have been a huge help so far, but anyone else is welcome as well. I'll post my threma ID in case any of you want to attend. I won't be checking RC since I'll be too busy working on shields but if you call me I'll answer.
U7XPA7FC
Any time between those listed hours will work, even if you're only there for an hour or 2
Lewis is with me. Who else?
I'm a thousand miles away or else I'd be there.
Adam I think I am going to come help you tomorrow
Perfect. I'll see ya today then
Just shoot me a message on threma first
oh, also if you're coming Vincent please be sure to bring the painting stuff. There's another 3 shields here that still have the grey line up top.
if you have a drill you'd like to bring that'd work too. Today we're going to put the handles on
I can come over later, have to do a few things first

I'm on the road. Poor service. Cannot attend. Going to event site for early scouting and final prep. Oscar has the script and may conduct alongside Vincent.

Make sure to bring extra blue coats. We have some at the house and Arthur's coat from his departure to browner pastures. @NS - Oscar TX @Vincent TX
We all ready to rock @all
Make me proud, everyone. I have been working nonstop for a week away from home now to ensure this event goes off well. I am exceedingly confident that this can be our greatest and most excellent action, but the final piece is missing. It's all of you. Always has been. The greatest planning documents are nothing if not animated by flesh and blood. Show me you believe.
Do we need camping gear?
Yes.
my sleeping bag was left at HQ. It should still be there somewhere
was in the back of Pats truck after the last thing
is it still there and if so could someone grab it for me
btw all the shields are ready
We are coming to get you shortly
I'll take a look
thanks
wasn't Paul gonna get me?
Everyone bring extra $10 to kick in to cover Adam
Yes he'll be there 10:30 latest
perfect
Let's do a headcount of shields before we go. I'm gonna go count what I have, brb
