@Timcast A friend recommended the Comicstorian channel for giving good overviews of characters' histories/backstories. There's a few vids about Captain Marvel on YouTube. Most of my friends say they don't know themselves, possibly got someone who knows someone

What sorta knowledge specifically though? Are we talking just character history or further detail about cultural implications etc?

Thor in the marvel comics has been replaced by a female. basically all the marvel IPs have been getting replaced with women in the comics and they are not selling. Ironman comics are about "iron heart", Thor comics have some random chick, Captain Marvel used to be male, now is female.
