Actually a bit weird when you think about it. It's about definitions again.

My definition of family doesn't include fucking them. So, in my head it's fairly hard to grasp the idea of a family member fucking another. It actually does become disgusting, like how I feel about pineapple on pizza.

It's one of those weird human evolutionary things. That disgust isn't just a cultural thing; it's biological.
