You know, if this guy is right about affirmative action's constitutionality being reevaluated with the result of prior decisions in its favour being overturned, that would be spectacular and I'm sure it would make Thomas Sowell very happy; but I doubt this guy is right about much if he thinks that Roe v. Wade can just be randomly "overturned" out of nowhere.
