So crime does pay. Free rehabilitation.

2018-10-11 18:56:39 UTC

Because a journalist went missing and people assumed the government ordered the journalist execution

2018-10-11 18:56:39 UTC

Because they should have the least amount of work to be done of them

2018-10-11 18:56:44 UTC

I am all for rehabilitation, but I am for a mix type.

2018-10-11 18:56:47 UTC

@TraderPropShop The issue is reoffense.

2018-10-11 18:56:53 UTC

Without rehab reoffense isa thing

2018-10-11 18:56:53 UTC

yeah that's my thinking

2018-10-11 18:56:54 UTC

@Zuihou he went missing inside the saudi embassy in turkey

2018-10-11 18:56:58 UTC

you're just saying crime gets you somewhere

2018-10-11 18:57:19 UTC

obviously probably not murder but definitely petty crime

2018-10-11 18:57:23 UTC

ofc we need rehabilitation but that is not saying that prison should not be pounishment. Not everyone can be fixxed. I think it is cruel to lock up people that have been done for petty crimes with hardened criminals. One should be punished the other should be helped.

2018-10-11 18:57:25 UTC

72% Reoffense rate for arrested violent criminals in USA

2018-10-11 18:57:30 UTC

@Blackhawk342 is it proven or this is conspiracy theory time

2018-10-11 18:57:31 UTC

72%.

2018-10-11 18:57:33 UTC

how about non violent?

2018-10-11 18:57:43 UTC

That SA killed the journalist

2018-10-11 18:57:49 UTC

They spend time in prison, they must pay a price for their actions. But also give them a path to a better life through rehabilitation. Make it much more inviting to go down rehabilitation. If they keep going down the other path, they will receive more punishment.

2018-10-11 18:57:56 UTC

I don't think you can have one without the other.

2018-10-11 18:58:00 UTC

cuz im sorry you're not going to convince the public to prefer rehabilitation for violent criminals

2018-10-11 18:58:01 UTC

We honestly should charge the prison any time they get a reoffender.

2018-10-11 18:58:01 UTC

@Zuihou Thats where the world is stuck currently, the american government says he went into the embassy and never came out, the saudis say he left shortly after arriving

2018-10-11 18:58:12 UTC

@ArdBoy that's a good idea

2018-10-11 18:58:14 UTC

Watch them go full rehab REAL fast

2018-10-11 18:58:34 UTC

Wow, left pushing a conspiracy theory

2018-10-11 18:58:36 UTC

<:springTea:427818533431410691>

2018-10-11 18:58:41 UTC

i mean even if they didn't, there would be a profit incentive in our private prison system

2018-10-11 18:58:46 UTC

Logic is; if a prisoner reoffends, it means the prison did not do the job it contractually agreed to do.

2018-10-11 18:59:05 UTC

Breach of contract=Give the US Gov the moneys back

2018-10-11 18:59:07 UTC

Currently, since job history is so important to job seeking, imprisonment is a double whammy against people who have served time.

2018-10-11 18:59:07 UTC

Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?

2018-10-11 18:59:22 UTC

im not sure I saw what you said

2018-10-11 18:59:34 UTC

oh ok

2018-10-11 18:59:42 UTC

yeah I'm not sure anyone necessarily disagrees with you

2018-10-11 18:59:43 UTC

He wants punishment for severe crimes and rehab for non violent ones

2018-10-11 18:59:43 UTC

I cant wait for saturday

2018-10-11 18:59:45 UTC

unless you're tim

2018-10-11 18:59:45 UTC

They spend time in prison, they must pay a price for their actions. But also give them a path to a better life through rehabilitation. Make it much more inviting to go down rehabilitation. If they keep going down the other path, they will receive more punishment.

2018-10-11 18:59:50 UTC

It's outcome policing instead of trying to gauge the situation on the ground.

2018-10-11 18:59:51 UTC

That is what I said.

2018-10-11 18:59:52 UTC

in which case disagreement is what he does

2018-10-11 18:59:59 UTC

@Dusty Morgan Isn't that what happens now though?
