You can loose weight doing keto, and that's high calorie, high fats

Yes I dont loose weight when I run and lift weights, but you do get smaller waist/bigger booty
@Scribblehatch actually it’s about controlling calories also. Fitness does help, however, muscle weighs more than fat.

I used “MyPlate” to look at my caloric intake and keep it below 1500 each day and did at least 5 Miles a day all throughout june
I saw I had lost 10 pounds, and it was all repetition
