You have to be cutting calories.
Fitness extends your calorie threshold slightly.
You can loose weight doing keto, and that's high calorie, high fats
Important thing is repetition
Just keep going farther each day
Yes I dont loose weight when I run and lift weights, but you do get smaller waist/bigger booty
@Scribblehatch actually it’s about controlling calories also. Fitness does help, however, muscle weighs more than fat.

I used “MyPlate” to look at my caloric intake and keep it below 1500 each day and did at least 5 Miles a day all throughout june
I saw I had lost 10 pounds, and it was all repetition
