Cereal is like 90% sugar anyways lmfao.

What about bran?
If you are eating cereal like that, then yeah maybe, always check ingredients, remember, men DO NOT need to consume iron, consuming too much can lead to health issues, and most cereal has alot of iron.
Only women need iron.
I was just curious, I always have bread and/or meat for brekky
Been on a two day fast, I of course eat a tiny bit to stop from damaging myself.
I ate organic Chickpea pasta.
I stopped this for awhile, and maintained the same weight while eating normally
So I am back at the fasting
This is how I lost the original 60lb
Fasting is a horrible shock to the body bro
Cultures have been fasting for thousands of years
Your body still needs vitamins, and minerals, which I get through a supplement I take every morning.
Vitamins and minerals don't fuel you bro. Fasting slows your metabolism so you put the weight straight back on afterward most times with interest
The only people who follow that line of thought are fat people, and those who had no self control, so they became fat again, I fasted for months, with day breaks twice a week, and I lost weight, and then when I returned to a normal diet, I kept the weight off, and I stayed the same weight, I didn't decide that I could go back to eating like I was a fat person again, like most do.
I consume calories, but just enough to do basic needs.
And I exercise.
I got off a several mile, innawoods ruck last night
It included a half mile jog with all the gear.
Okay, so you're not fasting fasting as in cutting out food entirely
That's good
Yeah, no.
I will go somedays without eating, but that's only low activity days when I don't have exercise planned.
Do you ever feel stress when you fast?
GG @Maggie The Magpie, you just advanced to level 23!
Like, toward the end?
Fasting as in cutting out all food is quite extreme and can be more damaging than positive.
Learning self control on Justin’s type of fasting is quite significant.
Just because I've heard it releases cortisone
That's what I think of when I hear fasting. As far as I know, it's what most people do, cut out everything
The average male needs to consume 2500 to maintain weight, that's with basic daily activity, like a regular job, etc, I consume under 500.
In my case, I learned self control early in life and one must not give into weight confidence issues. Some people grow obsessed that they’re never able to lose weight (typically they expect quick results rooted in impatience), so they become depressed or develop a lack of proper eating which causes them to nearly starve to death.
I couldn't do that caloric intake
I need food to bulk nigga
