You don't. Either they come to it organically on their own or they're not NS
You can't just "turn someone NS"
This isn't Weimar Germany, you can't convince anyone to become NS they have to become it themselves. Leaning this way or that on any given issue won't make it easier to convince them of anything either

As TeddyTedman says, you can't 'convince' or 'convert' in the direct way. You can plant a seed, and you can then work towards influencing. Your goal in this is to make the person come to the conclusions you want, but think it is themselves that came to them
