Yeah I agree Justin, drug addicts should be given the chance and opportunity of rehabilitation. But they shouldn't be given infinite patience and resources, if they continue to relapse. Pushers/dealers/distributors should face severe punishment, producers/growers/orchestrators/owners should be declared outlaws along with their families, and actively be hunted and their fields/labs be destroyed.
