2020-02-26 20:02:48 UTC

Nice, thats really good actually

2020-02-26 20:04:00 UTC

Yee. Dieting is hard just cause of my appetite. But i figure train harder

2020-02-26 21:02:43 UTC

I need to find time to meal.prep..

2020-02-26 22:56:20 UTC

@queefburgler if you’re trying to shed some pounds, something like an ECA stack can help with appetite suppression

2020-02-26 22:56:29 UTC

Ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin

2020-02-26 22:56:56 UTC

I keeps my cravings minimal

2020-02-26 22:57:56 UTC

The combo of those three supposedly help burn fat fairly easily. I’ve been doing it for a while and have dropped bf% fairly steadily

2020-02-27 12:22:12 UTC

Do you guys prefer horizontal or inclined bench press? Does using the inclined bench press offer any advantage?

2020-02-27 14:13:44 UTC

It works different muscles. Flat works middle pec, incline works the top

2020-02-27 14:31:07 UTC

Inclined works the top and some deltoid...declined workes the bottom...flat the middle

2020-02-27 15:24:51 UTC

Incline is pretty gay

2020-02-27 16:58:56 UTC

Thanks for the advice!

2020-02-27 18:18:58 UTC

This was mine this morning

2020-02-27 18:56:59 UTC

Reps of 4, 6, and 8 build muscle the fastest. Assuming you are near failure at the end of each set and failing on the last.

2020-02-27 18:57:40 UTC

Eat tons of BCAA'a and other aminos

2020-02-27 18:57:56 UTC

Stretching is super important as well

2020-02-27 18:58:06 UTC

Things i learned from the arnold bible

2020-02-27 18:59:58 UTC

@One Shot Paddyinclined bench will be much weaker than normal and is also very injury prone.... Go light here.

2020-02-27 19:00:42 UTC

I did 5x5 150 bench, 5x3 90lbs shrugs, 6x3 110 Back Flys, 10x3 110 Lat Pulldowns, some shoulder stuff at low weight because that's a weak area for me, a bunch of abs stuff, and 10 mins high resistance bike today

2020-02-27 19:02:04 UTC

Abs and calves are are the only two Muscle groups that benefit from being worked out multiple days in a row. Everything else needs at LEAST 48 hours rest.

2020-02-27 19:02:51 UTC

if you target two muscle groups a day you will hit everything in a week with proper rest

2020-02-27 19:03:38 UTC

Right, that's what I've been doing, I do a hard full body Tuesday/Thursday and then have about 4hrs hockey practice and games on Friday

2020-02-27 19:06:01 UTC

@thedarkness05 super proud of your progress btw

2020-02-27 19:06:10 UTC

Mad props

2020-02-27 19:59:43 UTC

2020-02-27 20:00:09 UTC

2020-02-27 20:11:44 UTC

2020-02-27 20:11:46 UTC

2020-02-27 20:13:21 UTC

This dude walks around like he’s the shit because he’s like 140 0% bf so he has some definition. Motherfucker gain some weight and build muscle

2020-02-27 20:14:42 UTC

2020-02-28 02:58:41 UTC

at my peak i was 6 ft 225lbs with a 32 inch waist. made the 1,000 lb club in a 3 lift on ship. was constantly accused of being on steroids...im pathetic in comparison now. 6 ft 225 lbs with a 36 inch waist lol.

2020-02-28 02:59:19 UTC

i have to wear 38's if im carrying my big ass pistol around

2020-02-28 03:00:08 UTC

i was always able to transform myself radically in 2 months of concentrated effort which ive done 2 or 3 times in the past 10 years but this one seems like im starting from further behind the curve.

2020-02-28 05:25:06 UTC

I've always been a skinny fuck, and then I stopped working manual labor and sat at home in my studio and drank beer, went from 5'10' 155, 30 waist to 195, 34 waist in the space of 7 months, currently trying to hang out around 175-180. I'm at 177 last weigh, 32" waist. Trying to keep my waistline thin but replace the fat with muscle. Oh and I want massive quads.
