I got a decent enough face/body currently i already kinda do. Not to suck my own dick or anything just an observation lmao. But my goal is fitness and health, not looks. Except the man tits part i really do hate them lol

Make sure you’re eating in a caloric deficit. There’s apps out there to help track calories etc. it’ll take info like height weight age gender yada yada and then show what your deficit calories should be maintenance calories and surplus.

I've lost like 10lbs in the last 3 weeks due to meal prepping. Brown rice, black beans, baked chicken, seasonings. All portioned out

Do you guys prefer horizontal or inclined bench press? Does using the inclined bench press offer any advantage?
It works different muscles. Flat works middle pec, incline works the top
Inclined works the top and some deltoid...declined workes the bottom...flat the middle

Eat tons of BCAA'a and other aminos

@One Shot Paddyinclined bench will be much weaker than normal and is also very injury prone.... Go light here.
I did 5x5 150 bench, 5x3 90lbs shrugs, 6x3 110 Back Flys, 10x3 110 Lat Pulldowns, some shoulder stuff at low weight because that's a weak area for me, a bunch of abs stuff, and 10 mins high resistance bike today
Abs and calves are are the only two Muscle groups that benefit from being worked out multiple days in a row. Everything else needs at LEAST 48 hours rest.
if you target two muscle groups a day you will hit everything in a week with proper rest
