fighting is down to a literal science now and there's objectively good and bad styles
and techniques
those things have some value for teaching kids discipline and respect...I guess...and against a completely untrained opponent they will do the job for the most part
but against somebody who does actual combat sports you're fucked
again you can just learn a useful martial art
and learn the same discipline for kids

at least the army combatives are mostly based on the gracie ones...as a bare minimum
wanna learn striking, go box or do muay thai/lethwei
wanna learn grappling learn judo and bjj
back on thoes fat workouts
or just skip all of that and go straight to MMA

Yeah bois. So I weigh 140, 5'6 and lean so cardio isnt really an issue. Im more interested in body strength and maybe putting on some weight
Used to be able to handle my own body weight when i was in the army. Weighed 130, bench 130. That was the standard
Now im not sure i could safely lift 100lbs
