Yeah bois. So I weigh 140, 5'6 and lean so cardio isnt really an issue. Im more interested in body strength and maybe putting on some weight
Used to be able to handle my own body weight when i was in the army. Weighed 130, bench 130. That was the standard
Now im not sure i could safely lift 100lbs

Because you got alot going on. Not saying you arent fit, I'd just imagine it takes alot to propel a big dude like you any reasonable distance
