So I got fat when I got out the Army. I had just got a membership in December to start hitting the gym and getting in shape. The gyms shut down and school went to all online. I've gotten creative because I have no workout equipment. Squats with plate carriers, lifting full ammo cans, and I just did curls with a transmission lol

Genuine question guys, I have been isolating at home with my family for a while now and as such haven't been hitting the treadmill at the gym. Would using a rowing machine be considered adequate cardio?

It is good cardio, but I also suggest diversifying it. Go for a run outside if you can so you can work the legs too

Thanks. Rowing machine seems to be good for glutes when used properly but obviously running would help for knees and calves as well.
