@thedarkness05 gotta keep a clear head for the end times, how's NY
@Bard good shit man. You got this
@Bard completely understandable and respectable
As for how NY is going, well the NG is in the process of converting stadiums into emergency hospitals. The uni I'm at is waiting for orders to do the same. But other than that things are mellow by me
Imma just sit in the lawn tossing beer cans at the guard telling them that America isn't a deployment and that they're all boots. @thedarkness05
Oh same. Defently some of those empties are gonna be corona tho, for the meme
Ive been drinking mead and whiskey lol we have corona for beer lol
I'm a little jealous. Although I have been upping the ammount of moscow mules I've been knocking back
"No amount of soldiers can keep the USA on lockdown. Imagine two tanks chasing a crackhead on a pink peppa pig bike cause he’s out of meth."
Staaahp talking about alcohol lmao jk
I wouldn't feel the need to drink as much if it wasn't so fucking boring here
"Pro tip while booging: if you come across some national guards wielding an m16 and they have all the Kevlar attachments on their plate carrier you are safe to engage...
If you see a group with m4’s, chain smoking, only water source being energy drinks and they are throwing small rocks at bigger rocks don’t engage without a 3:1 ratio"
That sounds about right
Ive had more friends come to me about suggestions for guns
@Hellhound6 how many rounds should I keep loaded in a mag people keep telling me 28-29
@Dudesman knowing what I do about mettalurgy and working with springs, the paranoia over spring fatigue is bullshit with modern springs. I have left mags loaded with 30 rounds for literally years and shot them, reloaded them, shot them again, with absolutely no problem. You do you but in my opinion the whole 28-29 thing is completely made up.
I always keep 30 but wanted to know someone elses opinion
I think the 28-29 thing is a feeding thing and not a spring wear issue. Like having less rounds might mean it chambers smoother when you replace a mag. At least thats what Ive heard. Idk I load to 3..err 10
^what he said, the biggest advantage to downloading is inserting a new mag, personally I just smack that hoe hard, I know it changes between mag manufacturers. GI mags are better when inserting at full 30
but that's only relevant with tactical reloads and not emergency reloads (assuming it's an AR your bcg will be out of the way anyways)
All i got is magpul and a couple made in my state
You should be doing tactical reloads over emergency. Otherwise you either arent thinking ahead in a gunfight or you're getting full on black hawk down'd
Whats a tactical reload vs an emergency reload
Are "Stay-at-home" orders legal/constitutional? The mayor of Austin is implementing the order tonight. All travel is banned unless deemed essential.
Never heard of an emergency reload, but there is a tactical and speed reload. Tactical is where you reload without firing off all your rounds. Speed is "fuck I'm dry, gotta reload".
We are under stay at home orders too
Im intentiomally disregaeding them
The order isnt law
So fuck the state
Im gon a go play Pokemon Go
Lol @edgyusername69
It isn't law, yet they enforcing and prosecuting those that don't abide. Seems like a really hazzy legal situation
Anyone wanna see a vid of me playing pokemon go infromt of the police station lol
It isnt illegal
@AKAlexei that speed reload is the emergency reload. Its an emergency because you went click when you should've went bang, or the bolt locked to the rear, and you need to keep sending rounds that second. Tactical is just like you said. Changing a partially spent mag for a fresh one when you have a pause in combat
@Dudesman I've got 30 in mine, full stack
Back in the day people would stack 28 or 29 due to shitty springs
Apparently they can hit you with a 2nd degree misdemeanor in Ohio
smol pp becomes big ppp
But I guess that’s for at night because you can always just say you are going to/from Walmart
@girth brooks my pants are fitting tighter
