And doesn't just say: STAY OUT

2018-12-16 22:57:44 UTC

I say stay out when we get overwhelmed by thousands at a time

2018-12-16 22:57:51 UTC

It just makes sense to me

2018-12-16 22:57:51 UTC

make one that says "If you cost little and contribute lots, welcome, otherwise FAKKAF!!"

2018-12-16 22:57:56 UTC

"No Boarders!" doesn't help anyone and that is a stance the DNC is embracing by snuggling up to the DSA and worse leftist idiots

2018-12-16 22:57:57 UTC

@DrYuriMom those smart people need to stay and help thier own country

2018-12-16 22:58:09 UTC

thats such a waste Contro

2018-12-16 22:58:09 UTC

True

2018-12-16 22:58:14 UTC

but they are smart and dont want to do that

2018-12-16 22:58:57 UTC

What was it the Dhali Llama said? "The Migrants in Europe should work to go home and improve their countries?"

2018-12-16 22:59:09 UTC

If/when the US closes off illegal immigration. There will be natural increase in demand for legal immigration to the US.

2018-12-16 22:59:18 UTC

And when we fail to develop talent locally because our schools often suck and we neglect our kids, we will fail as a nation since we will not allow the best and brightest in to lift us all up.

2018-12-16 22:59:31 UTC

And that will be my chance be immigrate legally to the US

2018-12-16 22:59:35 UTC

Exactly, Critter

2018-12-16 22:59:38 UTC

Need a physicist here

2018-12-16 22:59:44 UTC

tbh you dont need school for talent

2018-12-16 23:00:01 UTC

By schools I mean primary and secondary schools

2018-12-16 23:00:01 UTC

free market,

If the schools fail, you get talent otherwise from people

2018-12-16 23:00:33 UTC

since they already failed, and society stands

2018-12-16 23:00:36 UTC

they're obviously not that important 😛

2018-12-16 23:02:07 UTC

I think the failure has been increasing over time, but that can be debated. Honestly I struggle myself as a ponder what I did right and wrong as a parent now that my youngest is about to graduate high school.

2018-12-16 23:04:12 UTC

Cue Picard quotes!

2018-12-16 23:04:17 UTC

Yeah, I want to do everything in my power to ensure my kids do not go to a public school

2018-12-16 23:04:18 UTC

I look at what my kids learned compared to what I learned and am dissatisfied. But as I examine how things evolved I have to blame games and the internet...and TV...which I know is likely not popular here. That said, it was my job to control my kids' access and I chose to perform free range parenting. I think I'd do it differently had I to do it all over again. That said, I think my son will still excel, which makes me happy. And my daughter will at least be happy.

2018-12-16 23:04:48 UTC
2018-12-16 23:05:04 UTC

if you are dissatisfied, you yourself should teach them what you think they're not being taught in class 😄 problem solved

2018-12-16 23:05:06 UTC

No good reason humans exist

2018-12-16 23:05:18 UTC

Public school isn't necessarily bad. You make of it what you invest into it.

2018-12-16 23:05:31 UTC

Wol, I'm not worried about teaching them what they don't get taught

2018-12-16 23:05:32 UTC

wish that were true

2018-12-16 23:05:42 UTC

I'm worried about Unteaching bullshit

2018-12-16 23:05:45 UTC

Wol, we have. My son was fertile ground for it. My daughter not so much.

2018-12-16 23:06:14 UTC

the best method of unteaching, is to teach them before they get indoctrinated

2018-12-16 23:06:24 UTC

He's so advanced in math, we had to hire tutors.

2018-12-16 23:06:45 UTC

We spent thousands on tutors during their school careers.

2018-12-16 23:07:05 UTC

Math, ASL, chemistry, etc.

2018-12-16 23:07:10 UTC

eew tutors 😛

2018-12-16 23:07:39 UTC

We hired hard ass tutors, too 👹

2018-12-16 23:07:42 UTC

Yeah, I remember being ahead in math and my teacher who was a COMPLETE BITCH kicked me out and told me that I had to listen to her teach even if it's the same stuff
