I use a mixture of 1 teaspoon + 1-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of very warm purified water. I brush my teeth (pouring this water over the toothbrush), and then I pull this liquid through my teeth (with teeth and mouth closed, swishing it between my teeth), then I spit out the liquid. I have not had to have my teeth cleaned by a dentist in over a year, and I remain plaque free. I react to the expensive fluoride toothpaste. Himalayan salt and baking soda are very inexpensive.

@Xenios2011 I mix a tablespoon of Apple Cider with a quarter teaspoon of Baking Soda in a glass I then add six ounces or so of cold water and drink it. This is excellent at making so I do not have heartburn. It is also good for many other things. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

anyone in the NE up for lending on a 100% secured loan using bullion silver?
