anyone in the NE up for lending on a 100% secured loan using bullion silver? I want to leverage and haven't got spare cash but I have some silver saved to borrow against. willing to pay a decent interest rate and this removes the risk. I should warn, to be 100% up front. That i expect silver to soar and the dollar to crash, that's a risk I'll gladly take but the smart move would not be to lend but to buy your own! lol

i suspect if i leverage up some physical silver holdings now, I'll be able to buy a house in a year or three.
