Only thing i could say that's wrong with it is the lack of *CRUST*
it was rare-blue
looks like it's cooked at a high temp for a short time to cook the outer a little and leave the center as rare as possible
That's exactly how you cook a stake to have it be blue/rare
Just for the love of god don't cook it well done like a savage
That's how I like it
But I cook my stake very very short period of time

Fun fact the sauce on top of the steak was an accidental creation. It's left over butter and herbs from when the potatoes were made
