Today was my dorm move in day and I just wasn’t having it
I’m glad my parents understood, they’re sad too but I was just really depressed and not ready to deal with anything
I just wish death wasn’t so common in my life this past year; in May of 2018 a friend of mine commuted suicide, in October a famous streamer who id talk to and followed since I was 14 died of cancer, in March of this year my grandpa fell and died, and our dog died

@Higura don't eat only one meal, eat a healthy snack every hour or two. Keep your metabolism moving constantly. Eat an apple, maybe a few peanut butter crackers, a hand full of peanuts or rasins, a cheese stick, a yogurt cup
Then have 2 meals, have something like 2 hard boiled eggs and a bowl of cheerios for breakfast. Then a sandwich or soup for lunch.
Have alot of fruit and veggies
Eat a few strawberries, blueberries or a bannana
Get monster zero ultra
Zero sugar, zero calories, a bunch of flavors, it's what I use in the truck
Minimize caffine to only what you need
You don't have to finish it at the end of your shift, throw away what you haven't drank
Drink water and only water, and an absolute fuck load of it
Optimally you want clear piss and a small shit twice a day
Take an organic multivitamin, vitamin b12 complex, a probiotic at a high strain count, omega 3 fish oil, and vitamin d
Check your blood pressure regularly, most people have high bp, keep it to 120/80

Always have a water bottle within arms reach and keep sipping out of it, even if you're not thirsty, make it a habit like checking your phone
