2019-01-11 21:18:42 UTC

christ how many cals do you eat per day

2019-01-11 21:18:54 UTC

18 eggs is quite a lot

2019-01-11 21:19:04 UTC

18 x 72 cals in eggs alone

2019-01-11 21:19:08 UTC

pfft get on my level. i have 27 chickens who lay 27 eggs and i eat those every 5 mins

2019-01-11 21:19:28 UTC

i probably get less than 2500, I used to eat 5k cals per day when bulking

2019-01-11 21:19:31 UTC

eggs are good protein and nutrient dense

2019-01-11 21:19:35 UTC

@Robin song do you know what your total caloric intake is on average?

2019-01-11 21:19:53 UTC

for bulking it's actually best to go +200-500cals

2019-01-11 21:20:01 UTC

otherwise you can get fat

2019-01-11 21:20:03 UTC

@Robin song damn 5k how big did you get?

2019-01-11 21:20:05 UTC

dirty bulk

2019-01-11 21:20:20 UTC

I dont count it anymore. There is calorie density and nutrient density, choose one.

2019-01-11 21:20:49 UTC

There are different types of protein, you get casein which is slow digesting, egg protein medium, and whey for fast digesting

2019-01-11 21:20:51 UTC

at 5'7 i was 13.5 stone lean.

2019-01-11 21:21:06 UTC

brad pitt

2019-01-11 21:21:20 UTC

from memory i think theres 14 pounds in a stone

2019-01-11 21:21:44 UTC

casein powder has a ton of calcium in it and it's good right before bed

2019-01-11 21:21:55 UTC

at least in my experience it's been good

2019-01-11 21:21:56 UTC

ah damn it i hate pounds and stones

2019-01-11 21:22:00 UTC

can't y'all use kgs like normal people

2019-01-11 21:22:05 UTC

then a whey protein shake in the morning

2019-01-11 21:22:13 UTC

banana some eggs

2019-01-11 21:22:16 UTC

so 14 x 13.5 = 189lbs at 5'7

2019-01-11 21:22:17 UTC

gym

2019-01-11 21:22:22 UTC

2019-01-11 21:22:28 UTC

2019-01-11 21:22:39 UTC
