i probably get less than 2500, I used to eat 5k cals per day when bulking
eggs are good protein and nutrient dense

for bulking it's actually best to go +200-500cals
otherwise you can get fat

I dont count it anymore. There is calorie density and nutrient density, choose one.
There are different types of protein, you get casein which is slow digesting, egg protein medium, and whey for fast digesting
