for bulking it's actually best to go +200-500cals
otherwise you can get fat

I dont count it anymore. There is calorie density and nutrient density, choose one.
There are different types of protein, you get casein which is slow digesting, egg protein medium, and whey for fast digesting
at 5'7 i was 13.5 stone lean.

casein powder has a ton of calcium in it and it's good right before bed
