i had strong insomnia most of my life. since i do demanding cardio (and my breakup lol) i sleep like a baby most of the times
but taking NDMA-Antagonists like alcohol is the wrong way of relaxation
I started creating worlds in my mind before bed. I think about a place. And put creature's in it. And come up with rules. And I only do it before bed. I've found that by just laying there. Doing that. I am able to sleep

@Mysteriedingens on melatonin, have you tried glycine? I keep reading that melatonin may be problematic with long-term use. Studies show benefits for the short-term.
I was looking into it earlier and bought some glycine. Everything looks to check out.

Melatonin is actually different in the whole approach. It is the sleep hormone that is produced if you are in darkness.
Decided to meditate after night cardio and Launch. And use glycine. Should work.
