Why is it so hard for men to go Monk Mode?

I managed to do it at 18 and been that way for 4 years

I don't think it has anything to do with lack of impulse control or laziness

I think some men are better at controlling some of their biological desires than others.

It's about discipline

Monk is not for all

not for me

Some people practice monk mode in cycles, with times in between where non-monk things are done

monk mode is only a good practice if you live in a city, rest of the world no one cares if you're getting some
