Folks, I just found out in my home state of Georgia, they are trying to pass Marsy's Law into the state, granting victims extra certain rights even after judicial cases have been decided. That already spells recipe for disaster to me, so I voted NO on that shit!

When I researched Mary's Law, it seems to relate to the sister of a man by the name of Henry Nicholas who was murdered by her ex-BF, because he was somehow lucky to get out of prison after 2 decades, and Henry and his mom crossed paths with him, suddenly they use that confirmation bias as a crutch to justify slapping more laws onto the state system making it harder for prisoners to seek redemption. How this can backfire? Well false allegations are becoming more prevalent and rampant by the year, and some victims of false rape allegations already are serving prison for crimes they never commit. So if those men prove their innocents from there, the true perpetrators of defamation will abuse the system and try to reel them back in or at least make their lives difficult to redeem.

Georgia is (or was) one of the few bastions where this feminazi or radical SJ bullshit is weak and less effective, but now it seems to slowly corrupt GA. The tradcunt epidemia was bad enough to deal with, but this will just amplify the plague and turn GA into psuedo-California.

Fun fact: Many companies from CA are also trying to migrate to GA now, especially tech and gaming businesses for the sake of tax benefits. The conventions I attended revealed this and why they do it. Consequently GA's gaming industry is turning more feminized by the year. Even the GGDA has finally succumbed to the madness so much as to actually dent me and why I had to leave. Any longer in that space and I might find myself in prison for some stupid reason.

I honestly fear GA's future now.

It has yet to pass in Georgia, but the way it is portrayed on the ballot I was working with, I ought to not be surprise if it does. Won't even elaborate effectively the additional rights for victims after judicial decision, was so cut and bread.
