Why even have debates with people? Debates simply reinforce the views people simply have.

So yeah, better to avoid them rather than to try and navigate them.

Romance sells to women for the same reasons that sports and action movies usually sell to men: it triggers the natural interest of the gender. Wahmen invest largely in their emotions, so anything that triggers their emotions grabs their attention. Same reason most men are glued to the gladiator-type sports on the TV screen like American football and MMA.

I think most women know romance is bullshit, just like most men know that action movies aren't real. It's just entertainment.
