but they aren't the same object
having alot of time is not infinite time, it is stills scarce, and unbenounced to you, there are individuals that have less time than you and they cant
that's true, none of us can realistically claim how much time we have before we expire
If I am perfectly satisfied with where I am in life and you are also, what's the difference?
all of nature points to hierarchicalism
Wtf, really. Are we going to compare our birth circumstances and are who is better? Wtf
Lol
elaborate
well I mean to be fair humans are hierarchal beings
but "success" is definitely subjective and not very important
In the physical world, sure
But where do your happiness and mine compare in q heirarchy?
well I would imagine that since I am myself that I always rank higher than you do
im sure the Iroquois were successful in their own subjective opinion but they are not here right now, there are things which show success in nature and you have to step away from the subjective argument at some point
I might be a little bit biased in my favor though :p
This marxist stuff gets really boring , class heirarchies, yawn
Intersectionality is bad for your minds
my opinion of Marx is that he isn't a good philosopher. He seems to be perplexed as to why working classes of different nations don't work together and put themselves on the top of the hierarchy. Marx have you heard of basic human psychology?
I fukin hate socialist economic thinking
Marx is only popular because it's easy to read, prove me wrong
it's childlike, i agree @TeeTotaler
socialists never explain their model comprehensively, they just explain a part of a capitalist economic system that they don't understand, then say 'it doesn't work' then cite Marx
it's one reason people fall for it. it's easy to digest
no one here is a socialist in choosing besides maybe superherodeluxe, dont make this a marx sucks circle jerk @calman21
the socialist model doesn't take human nature or the nature of complex systems into account
awe, but I want to >_<
Related to Marx, I've noticed my college educated peers (specifically the ones going into the more liberal arts areas) have been having their smarts educated out of them.
i havent even read Marx, I just am venting about dumb socialists
i'm trying to convince you to turn away from your marxist thinking @Brue
@SuperHeroDeluxe i am anti egalitarian in all forms what are you talking about
i think that those in society that are at the bottom are there for a reason, be it genetic, cultural or economic, and there is nothing that can change that
"arrggg, it's all unfair and unequal there is an oppressive hierarchy systemic to the human condition!" - you
its not oppressive
i feel it's all fair in america
it is just
if it's systemic and unavoidable, it sure is
that is you saying it is oppressive
luckily for me, i don't suffer from that
no, it's reality saying that
life is oppressive
