isnt there a fee if you break it early?
yes, that's why it's not really worth the hassle
Depends on the mortgage but usually, though if you're getting a better interest rate its usually worth it especially earlier on in the mortgage
ooo ... hsbc got rid of their mortgage calculators :/
Ouch, anyone found anything better than the Santander 123 now they're cutting the interest again?
not been looking
pretty much acknowledged you don't get interest on savings accounts now
i saw something the other day that basically said santander 123 is on the brink of going under
Yeah, it's been like that for a good few years now, that's why I kept everything in the 123 when the top rate was 3%
Yeah, they're keeping the monthly fee at £5 but capping the cashback at £5 per rate, and dropping the interest from 1.5% to 1%
Initially it was 1% up to ~2k, 2% up to ~5k then 3% up to 20k
I got a 90-day streak on duolingo
I love how Meghan thought she was getting her childhood princess dreams and then she met the Queen, who turned that dream on it's head and now she wants nothing to do with it. <:pepelaugh:544857300179877898> <:pepegun:588019479401726001>

russia must be loving the fact that basically everyone is working for the russians... labour... tories... libdem...
You'd think with all this power and influence Russia would have taken over the world by now
Or at least Europe
the soviet empire rises again
should I worry about the political bias of my potential lecturers if I undertake a degree at the Open University?
only if they silence your opinion
There's a lot of bias in many courses
Stem is largely cleared of it
Although they try to claim all races are the same but that's easily disproved
Told you don't discount RLB
The corbynites love her
Yep.
Hard to involve politics within that
Maybe they could include the number of unemployed yoots
2+2 = you are racist!
2+2=5
2=5+2
0 = 2y + 16 - 5x

I'd say it was relevant, conversation was about whether a stem uni course would be infected with wokeness, that article was about an attempt to wokify maths
