Imagine rocking up to the HoC looking like this
Didn't there used to be a dress code?
women in the workplace was a mistake
They shouldn't be too restrictive about what MP's can wear
Gender segregate workplaces
men banned from working, women most affected
It's the commons, have some respect and dress appropriately smh
Reopen the mines but only for women
reopen the gulags, but only for women
lmao
I thought there was a dress code?
Why did I open the Reddit suggestion for r/communism on Thatcher
'flat tax disproportionally affects the poor'
I don't know
Literally how
My boss made that argument lmao
When I said "Why not have a flat tax"
I'm like... But it's a flat fucken tax
Like its the same percentage
Yeah I can see the argument against it
I don't support flat tax, but it's easily the dumbest argument against it I've seen
i support paying far less tax
and dodging/evading where possible
I support paying less tax
But I dont support dodging or evading
Flat tax is when you tax someone for having a flat chest right
or flat ass
Working class men, well, work, so they can't get fat and working class women aren't rich enough to afford implants, so of course they get taxed for being flat <:thunk:462282216467333140>
unless its the US where all the working class is fat
or believing in flat earth
Oh fucking hell. What now?
What has been deemed racist today?
bbc momentarily mixed up two black mp's in a caption
@JackH670 The argument is that you spend your initial money on the purchase basic ameneties, and then any surplus on making your life nice, meaning that taking a flat % in taxes is taxing the poor of their basic ameneties, whereas its taxing the better off of their niceties.
except that's fucking stupid
> i support paying far less tax
> and dodging/evading where possible
Do you mean "avoiding"? @system11
Yeah I can see that argument
Personally I think that personal income taxes should be fucking axed, and only companies taxed, but hey 🤷🏻♂️
