I usually eat around 5-6 meals a day.

2018-10-03 20:03:06 UTC

Biggest one being breakfast.

2018-10-03 20:03:40 UTC

year don't aim for massive gains right now, would be happy to get to a lean shape

2018-10-03 20:03:54 UTC

I would reccomend cardio in the morning

2018-10-03 20:04:01 UTC

Helped me a LOT

2018-10-03 20:04:13 UTC

lost 7 kg in the first month!

2018-10-03 20:04:28 UTC

And it wasn’t waterweight, it Never came back in fat form.

2018-10-03 20:04:32 UTC

whoo, nice

2018-10-03 20:05:53 UTC

i'm damn happy with my progress too, just seemed to slow down to a crawl recently, usually made between 2-4 kilos a month after slowly cutting out carbs

2018-10-03 20:06:48 UTC

went from 115kilos in early 2017 to 80

2018-10-03 20:08:45 UTC

Amazing job man!

2018-10-03 20:09:33 UTC

I still have some problems with a small amount of fat on my torso which I’ve a hard time losing. But It’ll be gone with time. Right now I’m mostly trying to gain more muscle.

2018-10-03 20:10:15 UTC

My goal is to get to deadlifting 150 kg, squatting 80 kg, and benching 60 kg.

2018-10-03 20:10:34 UTC

Just have to keep on going and wait for it to pay off.

2018-10-03 20:11:26 UTC

But damn man! 35 kg is a lot to lose! Respect.

2018-10-03 20:11:49 UTC

strict diet man

2018-10-03 20:13:12 UTC

Yeah. Worked for me too.

2018-10-03 20:13:12 UTC

they just start dropping after i finally went down to something resemeling Keto(don't think i am actually ketogenic because i still go very meat-heavy)

2018-10-03 20:13:53 UTC

I just stopped eating sugar, and very fatty food. Only home cooked and stuff too.

2018-10-03 20:14:10 UTC

I’m still in my teens so it was a lot easier for me than for you I would guess.

2018-10-03 20:15:01 UTC

still eat a bunch of fat, in fact it really helped me in the transitioning weeks when i started putting whipped cream or butter in my coffee

2018-10-03 20:15:29 UTC

oh yea, home cooked

2018-10-03 20:15:41 UTC

Course fat is important. But I mean those empty fats.

2018-10-03 20:16:00 UTC

I mostly got my energy from carbohydrates and proteins.

2018-10-03 20:16:09 UTC

think that was one of the biggest changes, to just start make your own food most of the time

2018-10-03 20:16:34 UTC

For me that wasn’t a problem. My parents Cook for the family.

2018-10-03 20:16:44 UTC

i didn't know how to cook... but i could make me some scrambled eggs

2018-10-03 20:16:52 UTC

Now it means I don’t choose what I put in my body. But I can choose what not to put in.

2018-10-03 20:16:59 UTC

Oh Yeah eggs lmao.

2018-10-03 20:17:08 UTC

I eat about 5 every morning now

2018-10-03 20:18:06 UTC

Always liked them since I was really really young

2018-10-03 20:23:58 UTC

started watching cooking videos at some point, started little by learning how to make a decent omelet... i like to put in a bit of soy sauce ^^
now i usually start the day with a simple stir fry

2018-10-03 20:24:58 UTC

I like putting a bit of milk in!

2018-10-03 20:25:12 UTC

Never putten soy in it. Might be good though. I’ll see if I like it.

2018-10-03 20:30:29 UTC

try it. it's great

2018-10-04 14:04:27 UTC

neat

2018-10-04 14:45:07 UTC

Thank you Broo! Very cool.

2018-10-04 14:57:48 UTC

@Goblin Warlock Worcestershire in eggs > Soy in eggs

2018-10-04 15:06:43 UTC

Soy is gay

2018-10-04 15:07:03 UTC
