Server is really going to shit when a mod spams memes on the wrong channel.
Whoa
The point of conservative social programs is to ensure the bottom of society isn't bottomless. It causes unrest and revolutions.
Even if you have no compassion, like Dan, there's a practical advantage in reducing the number of desperate people in your society.

There we go... https://squawker.org/culture-wars/antifa-disrupts-lgbt-parade-claims-gay-people-are-offensive-to-muslims/
They finally imploded
Gay people are offensive in Islam
Comrade
Yep, ANTIFA are the biggest cucks of them all. I actually wouldn't mind if we shot ANTIFA members on sight.
By the way
I present to you the rare and illustrious quality Ted talk. Listenable at 2x speed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoGCaI1HzYo
@Thomas the Sowell Train [USA] why 2X speed?
Teh robots!
I'd love to be able to simulate the effects of a 1k US$ monthly UBI on the economy of the USA. Where's my quantum computer and advanced economic modeling tools when I need them.
as awesome as UBI sounds, it'd most likely cause mass inflation
unless people selling shit didn't act greedy
but that'd never happen, greed is what holds society together
for the most part
Dude UBI is so easy to debunk
In order for the state to give all citizens $100 every day also means it must tax $100 from those same citizens every day
It can't just keep making more money than it taxes
Itβs just sugar coated wealth redistribution
With out the benefit of them doing anything for that welfare
Well, for it to "work", you'd probably have to take it from corporations or the wealthy, mostly. At some point when enough people have lost their jobs, there will be too few consumers to purchase whatever the corporations you're taxing produce, unless there's UBI. So, if the corporations want to survive, they'd need to think of some way to gain a competitive advantage over their rivals. But this just seems so far away, currently, as there is no shortage of consumers.
It's obviously much more complicated than that, so I would not call myself an advocate.
It's simple, you reduce the population by slaughtering the proletariat in the streets
Then you abolish money and everyone gets free food from robots
mm. While UBI is a bad idea IMHO
saying "it's wealth redistribution" is one of the worst counterarguments imaginable
I mean, an impoverished population with nothing to do all day is a problem
because that's how you get crime happening
