Saw someone on twitter claiming that the US has killed "20 million dead in 37 countries since the end of WWII" so I decided to find out where that statistic comes from.
It's from a "study" where somebody, perhaps a Mr. James A. Lucas, simply corroborated various sources to come up with the number here: https://www.sott.net/article/273517-Study-US-regime-has-killed-20-30-million-people-since-World-War-Two
There is no peer review or vetting of any sort for this "study".
I also cannot be sure if this is the actual author, as the "study" has been literally copied and pasted to other websites.
If ya ask me, it looks a helluva lot like a disinformation campaign, or just idiots propagating poor research to confirm their biases.
Same guy goes on to accuse CIA of having trained Bin Laden, a fringe folk myth.
How is that bullshit peddled as news
