I eat meat all day everyday. The key is local small farm raised animals, well treated, un-zogged. Meat is good for you.

2017-06-30 18:21:08 UTC

There are others that would vociferously disagree with that statement.

2017-06-30 19:01:59 UTC

No, I don't own a juicer unfortunately... plus I can't eat one bit of gluten... I am severely malnourished right now (I have lost a good part of my muscle mass) and am having trouble focusing and staying awake throughout the day.

2017-06-30 19:06:49 UTC

So just eat the veggies, juicing them just makes them easier to concentrate. You can also load up on beans & rice which gives you a complete protein.

2017-06-30 19:08:21 UTC

Alright, thanks!

2017-06-30 19:08:54 UTC

I don't know if thats a complete protein.... I was raised a vegetarian, and I am beginning to think that was a mistake on my parents part.

Everyone makes that choice for their own reasons. Some people do it from a self centered (meat causes cancer & diabetes) stand point, some people do it from an ethical stand point, I get the feeling you are early 20's, so this is that time when you question the patterns & routines that you grew up under, discard the ones that don't fit who you are & retain the ones that work. If you know how to be a healthy vegetarian that option will always be there. The trouble is a lot of folks don't do it the right way. I will say that the whole "I need meat to gain or maintain muscle mass" is an absolute myth. But now is a great time for you to figure out what works for you. There are plenty of NS that don't eat meat, if you ever want to talk more about it just let me know.

2017-06-30 19:39:29 UTC

@Artair eat some eggs for fuck's sake man.

2017-06-30 19:40:35 UTC

Meat is good for you. I know plenty of vegetarians who are disgustingly shaped and have had heart attacks including my uncle who has blood clots and a stint still. Kill the animals and eat them, that is what nature intended. I was a vegetarian and vegan, now I'm very much against it.

2017-06-30 19:42:39 UTC

grains are extremely problematic, especially since they started altering them genetically and introducing the new and improved versions in the mid 80s.

2017-06-30 19:43:00 UTC

The strong shall devour the weak.

2017-06-30 19:43:54 UTC

@seapea eincorn is a good wheat replacement, an ancient grain.

2017-06-30 19:44:03 UTC

Hitler managed to survive on solely the adoration of his people and a daily tomato

2017-06-30 19:44:59 UTC

If he had eaten meat there would be no jews left today.

2017-06-30 19:46:12 UTC

What's funny is I foresaw this entire thread haha.. still going to give the kid my 2 cents. Was just WAITING for the replies. I would like to hear more from sea pea at our next book club event bc I know he was a vegetarian for a long time and the grain info interests me. As for the rest of you goyim I will see you at the bbq & We can all respectfully disagree

2017-06-30 19:47:39 UTC

I know that rundown feeling that Artair speaks of well. After 25yrs of vegetarianism I found the best way to deal with it was juicing, when I switched to Paleo last year, I also encountered it again but found a quick fix was eating some meat. Usually roasted chicken but it's upswing wasn't as good as the juicing but it's a good quick fix.

2017-06-30 19:48:32 UTC

I don't trust any of the nutrition research at this point. Too many vested interests, and we have completely lost the spirit of honest inquiry.

2017-06-30 19:48:37 UTC

I can't over stress the importance of green leafy vegetables, daily! No matter what your diet is. Those leafy greens can make up for a lot mistakes.

2017-06-30 19:51:23 UTC

I think the big key here for him is getting a good handle on WHY he's a vegetarian. From there he will be able to plot his course forward.

2017-06-30 19:52:37 UTC

True, that "because the family is" probably is not a sustainable route.

2017-06-30 19:55:02 UTC

*and so they battle for the young man's soul*

2017-06-30 19:55:07 UTC

Many people fail at vegetarianism because they don't do their homework and make poor choices. But our food supply is hazardous and it's tough making good choices that won't have consequences down the road.

2017-06-30 19:55:56 UTC

I just try to eat like my ancestors. Animal products, produce, cereals, and the occasional meat.

2017-06-30 19:56:39 UTC

If it was good enough for Adolf Hitler and Savitri Devi, then it's good enough for me...

2017-06-30 19:58:27 UTC

Nature is my nutritional guide. I have K-9 teeth. I love eating meat. It tastes great and makes me operate at optimal levels. No need to over complicate things. The key for me is *clean* foods. Non-gmo, organic, best quality available.

2017-06-30 20:01:12 UTC

Dead body is dead body. I'll eat a human that deserves to have their throat chewed out before I'll dine on an innocent solar being. When you're an ethical vegetarian the choice is as clear as weather to take your next breath or not. Like I said first he needs to affix WHY, then the how becomes easy.

2017-06-30 20:02:29 UTC

Can we all agree he needs to eat an egg?

2017-06-30 20:02:34 UTC

If I don't ascend to the bhudda kingdom that is fine, I'm good with Valhalla, if I have to reincarnate I will just be able to gas more bikes.

2017-06-30 20:02:45 UTC

@Artair eat some eggs

2017-06-30 20:04:31 UTC

@DatGoy You had to ask that shit didn't you just when it was about to taper off... for me? No I don't eat eggs either. No dairy, no meat, no eggs, no honey, nothing. Read " impeachment of man " If you would like a more in depth analysis to my logic.

2017-06-30 20:04:55 UTC

@My Name Is Hate how long have you been on this diet?

2017-06-30 20:06:25 UTC

Became a vegetarian in 95-98. Went back on meat.
Went full "vegan"(Devian) in 09

2017-06-30 20:09:01 UTC

Sorry I got my years mixed up.

2017-06-30 20:11:24 UTC

Unfortunately most of the foods we have today aren't the same as our ancestors, in quality or genetically. Actually our food supply has been radically altered in just the past 40-50 years. Our grandparents and great grandparents had better quality foods then we do typically. They may have had less variety but the quality was better overall.

2017-06-30 20:11:39 UTC

@My Name Is Hate logic wise, are you trying to remove yourself from the natural world? I see everything in nature eating each other and I see it as God's will. Do you not consider plants to be living organisms/or different than other living things? I see plants as conscious beings and value them as much as animals, so I see no difference in distinguishing only eating one or the other. A pine tree = a deer to me. Both are a part of the Creator's spirit as am I. (don't read this sarcastically, I honestly want to know your logic.)

2017-06-30 20:25:37 UTC

We agree that there's a hierarchy inherently at work in the world, yes? (I'm not taking you as sarcastic so don't worry about that) that hierarchy in nature could also be defined as God's plan. Plants are absolutely a part of the Natrual world & should be respected as such, however plants lack any sort of "free will" They are an organic clock, they respond to the heat/light, they cycle & They die off, feeding all life in the process. That's their function. I guess you and I would disagree on plants having a conscious awareness of the life within them. If given the choice between eating a human baby or a lamb you choose the lamb yes? Why? Hierarchy, or value placed on that life; the same reason I choose a carrot. If forced to choose I say the baby deserves to die first, man has the extra ability to conceive these Concepts & yet still chooses to treat life like a buffet table. Just like the punishment for the murderer with a motive is always worse than the crime of passion. We have the ability to use logic but fail to do so, man stands guilty in my book.

2017-06-30 20:28:52 UTC

"But we believe that as long as he uses his wits just for the same purpose as the rest of the living — that is to say, merely for his own personal survival or for that of his species; for his own welfare and for that of other men (be his conception of "welfare" far more comprehensive than that of any beast) — he is in no way different from them by nature." SD

2017-06-30 20:29:41 UTC

"If man really wishes to be a "superior species," he has to give up the habit of acting as the "inferior" ones do."

2017-06-30 20:32:07 UTC

"And there is indeed no reason why such a man should not also eat human flesh; children's flesh at least, for he could then find, in the jungle, useful precedents of beasts that occasionally eat the young of their own kind, and his use of force would remain "natural."" SD

2017-06-30 20:33:02 UTC

To what extent can man remove himself from the natural order?

2017-06-30 20:33:09 UTC

I can see what you are saying. I guess my main difference is that I see it as following the Creator's will to dominate all lesser beings including lesser humans. Along the same lines I believe Aryans are fully within nature if we we're to wipe all lesser humans off of Earth, actually I believe the Creator wants that from us or we Aryans will be destroyed for being weak.
