Valuable reading for Ubermenschen: Aesthetics of moral transgression in the "Alt-Right".

Very sad day. Old jewish whores are being sent to the glue factory en masse: http://theconcourse.deadspin.com/the-new-york-times-is-killing-its-soul-1796530129

From what I understand they've been clearing out entire floors in their NYC building due to layoffs. Anglin jokes about how the Daily Stormer will one day buy and move into the NY Times building.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.

We are at "then they fight you phase"

2017-06-30 16:05:00 UTC

@Jimmy Marr I'm going to need your 1968 experience to help start a Nazi commune for transgressors.

2017-06-30 16:07:56 UTC

Nazi commune where we do Nazi yoga protected by Nazi drones selling our Nazi coffee (4 obscure references from previous conversations, don't question it, just roll with it)

Where is the moderator? That post is anti-Semitic. How dare you point out when jews kill people!

2017-06-30 16:16:34 UTC

The jew cries out in pain as he flies planes into your buildings.

The jew cries out and pain as he sends your kids off to war.

So guys, considering eating meat today to get the necessary nutrition my body needs but is severely (Dangerously) lacking.

2017-06-30 17:10:32 UTC

Do you own a juicer Artair? I've found whenever I felt rundown, I would hit the grocery store and buy a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies and juice the shit out of them. Usually within a day or two I felt much better but I would keep juicing for a few more days after that until all the produce was gone. Green leafy veggies are the best.

2017-06-30 18:17:22 UTC

I eat meat all day everyday. The key is local small farm raised animals, well treated, un-zogged. Meat is good for you.

2017-06-30 18:21:08 UTC

There are others that would vociferously disagree with that statement.

2017-06-30 19:01:59 UTC

No, I don't own a juicer unfortunately... plus I can't eat one bit of gluten... I am severely malnourished right now (I have lost a good part of my muscle mass) and am having trouble focusing and staying awake throughout the day.

2017-06-30 19:06:49 UTC

So just eat the veggies, juicing them just makes them easier to concentrate. You can also load up on beans & rice which gives you a complete protein.

2017-06-30 19:08:21 UTC

Alright, thanks!

2017-06-30 19:08:54 UTC

I don't know if thats a complete protein.... I was raised a vegetarian, and I am beginning to think that was a mistake on my parents part.

2017-06-30 19:30:15 UTC

Everyone makes that choice for their own reasons. Some people do it from a self centered (meat causes cancer & diabetes) stand point, some people do it from an ethical stand point, I get the feeling you are early 20's, so this is that time when you question the patterns & routines that you grew up under, discard the ones that don't fit who you are & retain the ones that work. If you know how to be a healthy vegetarian that option will always be there. The trouble is a lot of folks don't do it the right way. I will say that the whole "I need meat to gain or maintain muscle mass" is an absolute myth. But now is a great time for you to figure out what works for you. There are plenty of NS that don't eat meat, if you ever want to talk more about it just let me know.

2017-06-30 19:39:29 UTC

@Artair eat some eggs for fuck's sake man.

2017-06-30 19:40:35 UTC

Meat is good for you. I know plenty of vegetarians who are disgustingly shaped and have had heart attacks including my uncle who has blood clots and a stint still. Kill the animals and eat them, that is what nature intended. I was a vegetarian and vegan, now I'm very much against it.

2017-06-30 19:42:39 UTC

grains are extremely problematic, especially since they started altering them genetically and introducing the new and improved versions in the mid 80s.

2017-06-30 19:43:00 UTC

The strong shall devour the weak.

2017-06-30 19:43:54 UTC

@seapea eincorn is a good wheat replacement, an ancient grain.

2017-06-30 19:44:03 UTC

Hitler managed to survive on solely the adoration of his people and a daily tomato

2017-06-30 19:44:59 UTC

If he had eaten meat there would be no jews left today.

2017-06-30 19:46:12 UTC

What's funny is I foresaw this entire thread haha.. still going to give the kid my 2 cents. Was just WAITING for the replies. I would like to hear more from sea pea at our next book club event bc I know he was a vegetarian for a long time and the grain info interests me. As for the rest of you goyim I will see you at the bbq & We can all respectfully disagree

2017-06-30 19:47:39 UTC

I know that rundown feeling that Artair speaks of well. After 25yrs of vegetarianism I found the best way to deal with it was juicing, when I switched to Paleo last year, I also encountered it again but found a quick fix was eating some meat. Usually roasted chicken but it's upswing wasn't as good as the juicing but it's a good quick fix.

2017-06-30 19:48:32 UTC

I don't trust any of the nutrition research at this point. Too many vested interests, and we have completely lost the spirit of honest inquiry.

2017-06-30 19:48:37 UTC

I can't over stress the importance of green leafy vegetables, daily! No matter what your diet is. Those leafy greens can make up for a lot mistakes.

2017-06-30 19:51:23 UTC

I think the big key here for him is getting a good handle on WHY he's a vegetarian. From there he will be able to plot his course forward.

2017-06-30 19:52:37 UTC

True, that "because the family is" probably is not a sustainable route.

2017-06-30 19:55:02 UTC

*and so they battle for the young man's soul*

2017-06-30 19:55:07 UTC

Many people fail at vegetarianism because they don't do their homework and make poor choices. But our food supply is hazardous and it's tough making good choices that won't have consequences down the road.

2017-06-30 19:55:56 UTC

I just try to eat like my ancestors. Animal products, produce, cereals, and the occasional meat.

2017-06-30 19:56:39 UTC

If it was good enough for Adolf Hitler and Savitri Devi, then it's good enough for me...
