2018-10-29 18:27:50 UTC

Oh, no, I meant you guys, here.

2018-10-29 18:27:56 UTC

What was the question

2018-10-29 18:28:00 UTC

I’m on the shitter

2018-10-29 18:28:20 UTC

Truly shitposting

2018-10-29 18:28:21 UTC

First question, do you think Communism is flawed for counting on people to be so moral as to be ok with being forced to work for no reward in order to provide for others? Follow-up question after this.

2018-10-29 18:29:08 UTC

I think it's flawed for being antithetical to people's rights to liberty

2018-10-29 18:29:25 UTC

Under communism, the people are rewarded. They’re rewarded with a job right after school, a house, food, healthcare, etc.

2018-10-29 18:29:31 UTC

It's glorified slave labor

2018-10-29 18:29:56 UTC

You really shouldn’t be going for the morality argument because capitalism is far from moral.

2018-10-29 18:30:11 UTC

To shit with the workers, it’s all about the profit!

2018-10-29 18:30:23 UTC

Communism, To shit with food we will starve

2018-10-29 18:30:30 UTC

Capitalism = free voluntary interactions between people

Capitalism is morally neutral

2018-10-29 18:30:55 UTC

I just facepalmed so fucking hard I knocked my fucking head off. @Deleted User

2018-10-29 18:30:59 UTC

fuck this question, because we have a factory here that's owned by the workers, so I agree in a single instance, but in an entire country it's shit

2018-10-29 18:31:25 UTC

A factory won't run well democraticially

2018-10-29 18:31:26 UTC

@Angus The key point there is *voluntary*

2018-10-29 18:31:52 UTC

@meratrix you facepalmed at that fact that the free market takes advantage of the working class? Same here bro

2018-10-29 18:32:02 UTC

No, on you.

2018-10-29 18:32:07 UTC

They don’t

2018-10-29 18:32:13 UTC

If a company treats it's workers badly, they will leave.

2018-10-29 18:32:23 UTC

^

2018-10-29 18:32:26 UTC

You can't just exploit willy nilly

2018-10-29 18:32:29 UTC

Oh! Yes, the classic argument

2018-10-29 18:32:36 UTC

that is literally what happens

2018-10-29 18:32:46 UTC

RADICAL CENTRIST

2018-10-29 18:32:49 UTC

Democracy is anti voluntary. It implies a majority deciding against the minority

2018-10-29 18:33:14 UTC

kaden is a communist

2018-10-29 18:33:44 UTC

Ah, well, what zaddy said about "rewards" in Communism does bring us back to the matter of execution over concept, what with inefficiency and government corruption and all.
My follow-up question was going to be this: Would you say capitalism requires people to be vigilant hawks wary of who they buy from and who they vote for, and to be more self-reliant whenever possible? If so, how would you say that's more moral than Communism's forced morals?
And then after hearing suggestions from you, I was going to offer my own ideas on the matter.

2018-10-29 18:33:47 UTC

Even marx said socialism isnt a long term state. It is to quickly move to communism

2018-10-29 18:34:15 UTC

Engels actually talks about this, individuals under capitalism believe that workers freely sign mutually beneficial contractual agreements with their employers @meratrix it’s either they choose to be exploited or not work at all

2018-10-29 18:34:31 UTC

So what's wrong with that?

2018-10-29 18:34:33 UTC

Or work somewhere else

2018-10-29 18:34:42 UTC

Like a competitor
