Many drugs, if done correct, aren't even addictive. Like adderall and morphine, simply controlling your dossage can prevent your brain from developing a tolerance.

But considering that addicts have the propensity to commit violent crime, why wouldn't property owners under the natural order, discriminate against addicts? Effectively using social coercion to completely discourage consuming addictive substances?
