If I want to do a proper run, I go for at least 3 days.
Cause the autophagy kicks in only after 24-36h. Otherwise you're just flushing your stomach

Okay. Personally, i wouldnt recommend it because it takes a toll on your kidneys to produce KETOnes, and it could possibly put your body in a acidic state which is harmful if you're not watching the correct diet. This is knowledge i've learned from nursing, but if you find information that can convince you otherwise then the choice is yours
