I cant do deadlift properly where I will be in the next 2 months
But still,increasing weights in some excercises makes me miserable. Maybe I'm doing too many reps
I do the classic 5x5
Even less reps for deadlifts
I can't do deads properly because i suck at being alive

How long do you usually fast for?
If I want to do a proper run, I go for at least 3 days.
Cause the autophagy kicks in only after 24-36h. Otherwise you're just flushing your stomach
Which is also good, if you want to drop an easy kilo
Definitely good for rebounding after a feast
