Personally, i wouldnt recommend it because it takes a toll on your kidneys to produce KETOnes, and it could possibly put your body in a acidic state which is harmful if you're not watching the correct diet. This is knowledge i've learned from nursing, but if you find information that can convince you otherwise then the choice is yours

i say lift a lot, eat good and do some cardio
do a muscle group a day and take a day or 2 off each week
so like chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders, core, and leg
that's 5 days
