Dont overwork them

2019-07-22 12:49:04 UTC

Start 15min

2019-07-22 12:49:16 UTC

Then slowly go up. Othewise you screw your arms

2019-07-22 12:49:36 UTC

I don't think you can screw your arms but you'd be wasting time for sure.

2019-07-22 12:49:43 UTC

Do compounds instead autist.

2019-07-22 13:05:51 UTC

I can imagine that after some time your arms will be tired and you won't be exercising properly

2019-07-22 15:06:31 UTC

What does fit think about rock climbing?

2019-07-22 16:26:13 UTC

Chad

2019-07-22 16:26:18 UTC

But also soy

2019-07-22 16:26:36 UTC

Chad in that it's hard as fuck

2019-07-22 16:26:48 UTC

Soy in that most people do it indoors like pussies.

2019-07-22 16:27:35 UTC

Several of my coworkers are into it

2019-07-22 16:27:48 UTC

So I find it kind of annoying

2019-07-22 16:28:26 UTC

I know I'm silly lol

2019-07-22 16:28:40 UTC

Can you get built by rock climbing tho?

2019-07-22 16:29:15 UTC

Yeah I don't think so

2019-07-22 16:44:34 UTC

It requires a lot of upper body strength

2019-07-22 16:44:45 UTC

But you won't get like a bodybuilder no

2019-07-22 16:45:43 UTC

I'll keep doing pullups then.

2019-07-22 16:46:56 UTC

Go to church

2019-07-22 16:48:50 UTC

Rock climbers are either very lightweight

2019-07-22 16:49:21 UTC

Or they have an okay amount of muscle

Both of these dudes are professionals

2019-07-22 16:50:32 UTC

>dudes

2019-07-22 16:50:33 UTC

Bruh.

2019-07-22 16:50:39 UTC

That's some real twinkage.

2019-07-22 16:51:30 UTC

As I said, they either get really lightweight, and therefore don't need as much muscle

2019-07-22 16:51:37 UTC

Or they get a decent amount

2019-07-22 16:59:01 UTC

Lightweight people are just masculine women

2019-07-22 16:59:44 UTC

A grown adult male weighs at least 200 kilograms.

2019-07-22 17:00:26 UTC

440 lbs.

2019-07-22 17:00:27 UTC

😏

2019-07-22 17:01:35 UTC

😏

2019-07-22 17:02:53 UTC

From what I was reading for the first 3-6 weeks of climbing consistantly you'll gain muscle mass. After that don't expect much in the way of gains if you're only climbing. You'll tone instead because it rewards having a high strength to weight ratio unlike deadlifting (for example) that only rewards high strength

2019-07-22 17:03:15 UTC

Guess kind of for the same reason soccer players don't bulk

2019-07-22 17:09:38 UTC

Indeed. If you want that douchebag body which attracts teenage girls, go for it

2019-07-22 17:11:05 UTC

I mean, I'm 5'8 and 145 lbs, I don't have the get big option.

2019-07-22 17:11:25 UTC

I'm 5'8 and I can lift a horse

2019-07-22 17:11:30 UTC

What's your excuse

2019-07-22 17:11:41 UTC

I tried eating right and working out 6 days of the week for a month and I lost 20 lbs somehow (165->145)
