O and like the black relations with the US, the high crime rate is just overpolicing

2019-06-03 16:46:43 UTC

“Hey man. These Indians keep killing each other at a pretty high rate.”
“Yeah we keep trying and convicting the killers.”
“Not good enough. These are colorful people involved you know.”

@Dan V
***¡GOOD!***
I once said something like _'If anything your mother owes me an appology for raising a pussy'_ about that "sort" of (maybe) _people._
... Admittedly I was mad that I had to unpublish a video for calling ***MYSELF*** a kike... 😒

I find it strange that attempted murder and successful murder often carry different sentences

2019-06-03 17:35:24 UTC

difference in sentence because difference in competence?

2019-06-03 17:38:51 UTC

Competence isn’t the crime though. If someone plans out a murder and carries it out they should be sentenced the same regardless of the success of the murder

2019-06-03 17:42:29 UTC

Involuntary manslaughter carries a sentence too though, so you could say successful murder is the combination

2019-06-03 17:43:37 UTC

It is sort of backwards though since involuntary manslaughter is essentially criminalizing incompetence

2019-06-03 17:43:46 UTC

I don’t agree with that characterization

2019-06-03 17:57:53 UTC

I get what your saying, but the math seems to be that an attempt and an actual dead body are separate.

2019-06-03 17:58:16 UTC

pretty much what micamike is saying

2019-06-03 17:58:33 UTC

I think we should just get rid of the prison system and permenantly exile anyone that commits the big three. Theft, murder, or rape.

2019-06-03 18:00:30 UTC

1. Premise: Recidivism is a real and incurable phenomenon
2. Premise: Thieves, murderers, and rapists are a threat to civilized society
3. Conclusion: NEW TV SERIES DEBUTING ON FOX THIS FALL!!! DEVIL’S ISLAND!!!! REAL CRIMINALS, REAL DRAMA, REAL FUN!!!!

2019-06-03 18:02:33 UTC

Seriously. I see nothing wrong with this.

2019-06-03 18:02:56 UTC

Bring back the Colosseum.

2019-06-03 18:07:11 UTC

I just wish there was a way to remove all doubt surrounding the veracity of a conviction. If we knew with 100% certainty that an individual committed cold blooded murder it would be great if we could save all the time and money with a 115 grain, 12 cent solution

2019-06-03 18:07:36 UTC

But as long as we can’t be 100% sure we can’t do that

2019-06-03 18:10:23 UTC

We should at least have the option available for the instances where it's 100% certain.

2019-06-03 18:13:49 UTC

Of course. Like these high profile mass murders should essentially be “what say you? Guilty. *bang*. Next.”

2019-06-03 18:18:27 UTC

That’s far too efficient for government.

2019-06-03 18:28:12 UTC

Problem there is that too many cases would suddenly become "100% certain"

2019-06-03 18:36:14 UTC

Set an objective standard. There needs to be proper video evidence.

2019-06-03 18:53:11 UTC

Exile only works if you control your borders

2019-06-03 18:53:50 UTC

Lots of deported criminals just return.

2019-06-03 18:55:13 UTC

Ten years hard labor for anyone caught crossing the border illegally. Add ten years for every additional offense.

2019-06-03 18:55:16 UTC

Not if they’re exiled to an island broadcast every Tuesday and Friday on Fox this fall

2019-06-03 19:35:14 UTC

@Deleted User so basically bring back indentured servitude?

2019-06-03 19:35:41 UTC

No, when your sentence is over you go back home.

2019-06-03 19:57:05 UTC

At least they blatantly market this piece of shit as a opinion piece.

2019-06-03 20:03:35 UTC

I mean that's 90% of the guardian shit that gets linked all over

2019-06-03 20:04:06 UTC

most of these media institutions are just opinion pieces without good citations for the factual claims made therein and jumping the gun on "breaking news"

2019-06-03 20:05:58 UTC

I laughed when they made it seem like post birth abortions were a boogyman.

2019-06-03 20:06:26 UTC

i'm not opening a "the Guardian" link

2019-06-03 20:06:29 UTC

If anything this wave of abortion bills are in directly caused by Virginia.

2019-06-03 20:06:39 UTC

i refuse to give them my clicks

2019-06-03 20:07:48 UTC

This came before Virginia

2019-06-03 20:07:56 UTC

crap

2019-06-03 20:17:13 UTC

That actually makes me very sad.
