no, i don't.
and i shan't
Whats the over/under of the indians killing themselves?
I haven’t followed this closely. What are the canucks alleged to have done? Is this trail of tears 2: electric boogaloo?
Aboriginal adultsNote 14 are overrepresented in admissions to provincial/territorial correctional services, as they accounted for nearly one-quarter (24%) of admissionsNote 15 in 2013/2014 while representing 3% of the Canadian adult populationNote

The grievance is canadian indians make up a disproportionate percentage of crime victims
Oh really? That’s it?
Will be my bet, white people are lazy, i can't imagine them fueling up the family sedan and driving to the reservation for some good old fashion hate crimes
By the headlines I assumed it was some alleged government program
If it’s just red on red crime then why do all Canadians have a responsibility to stop it somehow?
The allegation is that the government program is ignoring the issue
O and like the black relations with the US, the high crime rate is just overpolicing
“Hey man. These Indians keep killing each other at a pretty high rate.”
“Yeah we keep trying and convicting the killers.”
“Not good enough. These are colorful people involved you know.”
@Dan V
***¡GOOD!***
I once said something like _'If anything your mother owes me an appology for raising a pussy'_ about that "sort" of (maybe) _people._
... Admittedly I was mad that I had to unpublish a video for calling ***MYSELF*** a kike... 😒
>:O fucker only got 19 years? https://www.keyc.com/2019/06/03/minneapolis-man-sentenced-moa-balcony-incident/
I find it strange that attempted murder and successful murder often carry different sentences
difference in sentence because difference in competence?
Competence isn’t the crime though. If someone plans out a murder and carries it out they should be sentenced the same regardless of the success of the murder
Involuntary manslaughter carries a sentence too though, so you could say successful murder is the combination
It is sort of backwards though since involuntary manslaughter is essentially criminalizing incompetence
I don’t agree with that characterization
I get what your saying, but the math seems to be that an attempt and an actual dead body are separate.
pretty much what micamike is saying
I think we should just get rid of the prison system and permenantly exile anyone that commits the big three. Theft, murder, or rape.
1. Premise: Recidivism is a real and incurable phenomenon
2. Premise: Thieves, murderers, and rapists are a threat to civilized society
3. Conclusion: NEW TV SERIES DEBUTING ON FOX THIS FALL!!! DEVIL’S ISLAND!!!! REAL CRIMINALS, REAL DRAMA, REAL FUN!!!!
Seriously. I see nothing wrong with this.
Bring back the Colosseum.
I just wish there was a way to remove all doubt surrounding the veracity of a conviction. If we knew with 100% certainty that an individual committed cold blooded murder it would be great if we could save all the time and money with a 115 grain, 12 cent solution
But as long as we can’t be 100% sure we can’t do that
We should at least have the option available for the instances where it's 100% certain.
Of course. Like these high profile mass murders should essentially be “what say you? Guilty. *bang*. Next.”
That’s far too efficient for government.
Problem there is that too many cases would suddenly become "100% certain"
Set an objective standard. There needs to be proper video evidence.
Exile only works if you control your borders
Lots of deported criminals just return.
Ten years hard labor for anyone caught crossing the border illegally. Add ten years for every additional offense.
Not if they’re exiled to an island broadcast every Tuesday and Friday on Fox this fall
@Deleted User so basically bring back indentured servitude?
