@Mentus#3149 I listened to Glenn Beck today specifically to see if he said anything about Gavin. He said that he didn’t know anything about him being fired until they announced it, and that it was some CRTV thing they had already decided before the merger. Heck, he had Gavin on his radio show last week, and they taped a special which Glenn aired tonight. I think this merger has a lot more to do with the settlement CRTV has to pay out to Mark Steyn, although idk if that has anything to do with Gavin.

That really demonstrates what a piece of shit Steyn is if that's true.

I still don’t understand what happened with Steyn. From what I understand, he helped them launch the network, then within a month they fired him without a stated cause. Steyn sued because he was under contract for like 3 years, and he won after a lawsuit of over a year. I still don’t understand any of the details as to why he was fired though.

The firing of Gavin could easily have to do with the recent public attacks on the Proud Boys. Maybe the thing got a bit too hot for CRTV and they preemptively fired Gavin.
